For the birthday of my wife Elaine and her best friend Claudia, we went to Wellfield Botanical Center In Elkhart, Indiana. I imagine there are hundreds of different varieties of plants there, with a lot of lovely flowers. It was one of the first times I had a good opportunity to try out my 32-year-old Vintage Nikon Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8 AF D lens, which was designed for close up photography. I heard a lot of glowing praise about this camera lens, with some considering it one of the best lenses of its kind Nikon ever made, or at least of its time. With this lens, I shot these beautiful Campanula Bellflowers.
